On 30 June 2012, Ambassador Apichart Chinwanno, together with Mrs. Arunrung P. Humphreys, Minister Counsellor, attended the “Prologue Tour de France” hosted by the City of Liège. The Stage Prologue of the Tour was 6.4 kilometers, or roughly 4 miles, starting and ending in Liège. Ambassador Apichart had an opportunity to meet and converse with Mr. Didier Reynders, Deputy Prime Minister and Minster of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and European Affairs, Mr. Willy Demyer, Mayor of the City of Liège and other committee members of the Organizer of City of Liege. Among other attendants were Mr. Michel Foret, Governor of Liège Province and Ambassadors.
