On 20 April 2013, Mrs. Arunrung Phothong Humphreys, Charge d’Affaires, and the officials from the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels attended the Songkran ceremony organized by the Thai-Luxembourg Friendship Association (Les Amis de la Thailande, Luxembourg) at Moutfort Cultural Center, Luxembourg. More than 200 participants joyfully attended the event, including officials from Team Thailand, Thai community in Luxembourg, Belgium and Germany, as well as friends of Thailand. The proceeds from the event will be for charity activities in Thailand to help the disadvantaged children. In this occasion, the Royal Thai Embassy also provided mobile consular service for the Thai community in Luxembourg, and neighbouring countries to make the requests for Thai passports, birth certificate and public certificates, as well as consular consultation.
