Minister Chulamanee Chartsuwan, and the team from the Royal Thai Embassy, witnessed the success of the Thai Night event organised by Thai Friends Wevelgem on 1 June 2013. More than 600 participants, both Belgians and Thais, enjoyed the night with Thai food, cultural shows, and raffle game. The Royal Thai Embassy commends the good intention of the Thai Friends Wevelgem to promote and strengthen the cordial ties between Belgium and Thailand, especially at a grass-root level, including its initiatives to donate small tractors to help rice farmers in Surin Province of Thailand.
