The Royal Thai Embassy organized a Thai cooking workshop on Wednesday 12 June 2013 from 10.00-13.00 hours at Mmmmh! The spouses of Ambassadors from various embassies had an opportunity to experience the unique flavours of Thai cuisine and gain insight into Thailand’s cultural tips on Thai style dinning from professional instructors from Rajamangala University of Technology Krungthep,who showed the participants how to prepare and cook the famous Thai dishes, i.e. Green curry, Tom Yum Koong, Pan-fried fish with crispy herbs, and Mango and sticky rice. Also, the professor demonstrated the fruit craving technique for decoration.
