On 3 July 2013, Ambassador Apichart Chinwanno paid a courtesy call on Mr. Jan Van Dessel, Director-General, Bilateral Affairs, Federal Public Service of Foreign Affairs, Foreign Trade and Development Cooperation on the occasion of Mr. Van Dessel’s assumption of duty. They discussed various issues ranging from the close and friendly ties between the two countries and the implementation of the Joint Plan of Action between Thailand-Belgium (2013-2020) that was signed on 18 March 2013 in Bangkok.
