On 9 September 2013 Ambassador Apichart Chinwanno hosted a dinner in honour of Professor Noranit Setabutr and his wife on the occasion of his visit to Belgium to study local governance and the decentralization of power to local authorities. During his visit, Professor Noranit is scheduled to meet with local representatives from Namur, Antwerp and Brussels.
