On 3 September 2014 Ambassador Nopadol hosted a lunch in honour of Mrs. Supawan Teerarat, Vice President of Business Development, Thailand Convention and Exhibition Bureau (TCEB) and the TCEB delegation. Mrs. Supawan and the TCEB delegation traveled to Brussels to meet with the European Festival Association (EFA) to discuss and explore possibilities of organizing festivals in Thailand. Mrs. Aroonwan Kosiyakul, Consultant for the Tourism Authority of Thailand Office in Paris (TAT); Mrs. Katrien Depauw, District Sales Manager for Belgium and Luxembourg, Thai Airways International; and representatives from the Royal Thai Embassy also joined the lunch to plan an event in the beginning of November 2014 to promote tourism to Thailand which will be jointly organized by the Embassy, TCEB, TAT and Thai Airways.
