On 30 September 2014 Ambassador Nopadol attended an official in honour of Mr. Viroj Phonprakit, CEO Jubilee Diamond, who has received HRD Antwerp Diamond Ambassador Award for the first time from HRD Antwerp Diamond Lab. Mr. Serge Couvreur, CEO HRD Antwerp, Antwerp’s Governor Cathy Berx and Vice Mayor Ludo Van Campenhout are also joined the ceremony.
