On 22 November 2014 Ambassador Nopadol Gunavibool and his wife attended the 38th Annual Music Concert at Casino Knokke featuring Mr. Siripong Tiptan (violin solo), the youngest ever concert master of the Bangkok Symphony Orchestra and Thailand’s leading violinist, Mr. Benny Wiame (trumpet solo), Belgium’s leading trumpeter, and a performance of the Peer Gynt Suites by the Symphony Orchestra “De Lier” conducted by Mr. Rik Ghesquière and accompanied by a reading of the play by Mrs. Kristin Heyligers.
The 38th Annual Music Concert was organized by the Marnixring “De Blinckaert” Knokke-Heist service club. Proceeds from the annual music concert are used to finance many of Marnixring “De Blinckaert”’s projects and initiatives.
During his visit to Belgium, Mr. Siripong Tiptan performed in Lier on 16 November 2014 and at Knokke on 22 November 2014.
