The year 2014 has been a transitory year for Thailand. Today again there is more stability in the country and the new government is taking further steps to strengthen Thailand’s economy. Foreign investment plays an important role in this.
A new investment promotion policy has been developed which has come into effect as from January 1st, 2015. This new investment promotion policy is put in place to promote valuable investments to enhance Thailand’s competitiveness and to achieve sustainable growth. Compared with other ASEAN countries, Thailand now clearly offers the most attractive all-inclusive incentive package for foreign direct investments.
