Students from the European School participate in “Sawasdee Thailand!” Project

Students from Institut Marie Immaculée-Montjoie participate in “Sawasdee Thailand!” Project

On 26 March 2015, Mrs. Anne Le Riche, Principal and 22 Grade 4 students from Institut Marie Immaculée-Montjoie participated in the “Sawasdee Thailand!” project at the Royal Thai Embassy.

Mrs. Chulamanee Chartsuwan, Minister, welcomed the students to the Embassy in French. The students then participated in several activities to learn more about the Thai way of life and Thai culture.

The Embassy has organized “Sawasdee Thailand!” project for three consecutive years with an aim to acquaint young Belgian students with Thailand and introduce them to Thai customs and culture. This year, the project is taking place during 24 March-2 April 2015. Previously, the Royal Thai Embassy welcomed students from the European School (Uccle) on 24 March 2015 and students from St. Joseph will visit the Embassy on 27 March 2015.
