On 11 July 2017, Ambassador of Thailand paid a courtesy call on Mr. Georges Dallemagne, Chairman of Belgian-Thai bilateral section of the Belgian Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU), upon his assumption of duty. They discussed about the close bilateral relations and cooperation, the exchange of visits of Parliamentarians of both countries and the activities to celebrate the 150th Anniversary of the signing of Treaty of Amity and Commerce between Thailand and Belgium in 2018.
