On 9 April 2018, Prof. Rik Van der Walle, Rector of Ghent University, hosted a luncheon for H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of Thailand to Belgium, at Club Het Pand, Ghent University. Also present at the luncheon were Prof. Guido Van Huylenbroeck, Director for International Office, Prof. Peter Bossier, Faculty of Bioscience Engineering and Prof. Tom Coenye, Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. Both sides discussed about their close cooperation and explored further collaboration on research, especially in the field that Ghent University has expertise, such as biotechnology and agriculture.
