On Sunday, 9th September 2018 the Royal Thai Embassy organised the 12th annual Thai festival in Brussels, “Essence of Thailand” at Place du Mon (Stockel). The opening ceremony was presided over by H.E. Ambassador Manasvi Srisodapol, Mr. Benoît Cerexhe – Mayor of Woluwe-Saint-Pierre, and Mr. Georges Dallemagne Chairman of the Belgian-Thai Parliamentary Friendshio Committee. Moreover, the 1-day festival was a huge success thanks to the outstanding weather, the 50 Thai food, merchandise and various other service vendors who participated, not to mention the Thai musical and dance performances by the ‘We Love Thailand’ youth classical Thai music group, the traditional Thai dance troupe from Thai-Vlac Association, and the Saeng Tawan Entertainment live band.
