As of 31 October 2019, the visa applicant for Non-Immigrant Visa “O-A” (Long Stay) must have health insurance which covers the period that s/he will stay in Thailand. The copy or original of Thai insurance can be submitted. However for the foreign insurance, only the original document is accepted.
For In-patient:health insurance policy must have coverage at least 400,000 Thai Baht per policy year.
For Out-patient: health insurance policy must have coverage at least 40,000 Thai Baht per policy year.
