** From 14 January 2021 onwards, all travelers to Thailand, after receiving their COE, are required to download and register on “ThailandPlus” application. You will be required to present your registration on “ ThailandPlus” upon your arrival in Thailand. 2. Quarantine measures
2.1 All travellers arriving in Thailand are required to undergo a 7-day or 10-day quarantine at:
(1) Alternative State Quarantine (ASQ) facility or Alternative Local Quarantine (ALQ) in Chonburi & Prachinburi (for those arriving in Bangkok)
(2) Alternative Local Quarantine (ALQ) in Phuket (for travelers arriving in Phuket only)
***Please be noted that SQ quota is no longer available from July 2021 onwards***

2.2 How to reserve ASQ :

Reservation must be made for “ASQ/ALQ package “ for 7 nights at the travellers’ own expenses.
Reservations can be done through the following approved platforms :
Remarks : Travelers arrving at Suvarnnabhumi Airport or Don Muang Airport may reserve ALQ in Chonburi or Prachinburi only.
Travelers arriving in Phuket may reserve ALQ in Phuket or Pang-Nga only.

4. How to apply for a Certificate of Entry (COE)
Thai nationals who reside in Belgium and Luxembourg may apply for a Certificate of Entry (ONLINE) with the Royal Thai Embassy in Brussels on https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ Those residing in other countries should submit their applications with their respective Royal Thai Embassies. *** Applicants must read the instructions and the registration guidelines carefully***
*** Important note***
There will be two steps for the COE application: registration and COE approval.
Note : Applicants will receive a 6-digit code. Applicants must take note of this code which is needed for checking the status of their applications.
*The Embassy may refuse the registration if documents are missing or incomplete. The applicant will be asked to edit or provide documents as requested by clicking the Yellow icon “Edit personal information” on https://coethailand.mfa.go.th
Remarks : The COE is issued for specific flight and ASQ. If the applicant changes the flight and/or ASQ after receiving the COE, he/she must contact the Royal Thai Embassy for a new COE.
