On 10 August 2021, H.E. Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Ambassador of Thailand, and delegation visited the headquarters of Vyncke N.V. in Harelbeke and met with Mr. Peter Vyncke, co-CEO, of Vycnke N.V. as well as other executives of the company. They discussed Vyncke’s business operation in Thailand, which started in 1985, as well as ways to enhance cooperation in order to expand opportunities, both in Thailand and in the ASEAN region. After their discussion, Mr. Vyncke and his team accompanied the Ambassador to visit the company’s facilities. The visit concluded with Mr. Vycnke hosting a luncheon for the Ambassador and his delegation at the company’s guesthouse. Vycnke is amongst Belgium’s leading company that specializes in building industrial energy plants that convert biomass and industrial waste into clean energy. It is a 4th generation family business, founded in 1912 by Louis Vyncke, the great grandfather of Peter Vyncke.
