On 24 August 2021, H.E. Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Ambassador of Thailand and Head of Mission to the European Union, met with Mr. Marek Balt, Member of the European Parliament from Poland, at the Royal Thai Embassy. They discussed relevant issues on Thailand-Poland relations as well as Thailand-EU relations, including areas for enhancing cooperation, such as the situation of Covid-19 and vaccines, trade and investment, sustainable development and circular economy in line with the EU’s Green Deal initiative and Thailand’s model for Bio-Circular-Green Economy, as well as strengthening the strategic partnership between ASEAN-EU.
