Purpose of visit “Travelling to Thailand on a Business purpose e.g. meeting, exhibition”   

Applicants can request a single entry or multiple entries (a proof of the necessity of frequent travels is required).

Required documents:

1 . Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document

  • passport that is still valid for at least 6 months 

2 . Photograph *taken within the last six months. If the photograph does not reflect your current appearance you may be refused to enter the Kingdom of Thailand

3 . Declaration ( Download here) 

4 . A copy of ID card or passport of the signer (authorized person who signed the employment letter) from the Belgian/Luxembourgish side

  • An ID card/passport of the signer of the employment letter from the Belgian/Luxembourgish side.

5 . Letter confirming employment details from an employer in foreign country ( Belgium/Luxembourg) signed by authorized person stating that the company will dispatch the employee to Thailand on which purpose

  • The assignment letter from the Belgian/ Luxembourgish company + its legislation
  • ***the letter must expressly mention the frequency of the trip and specify the date of operation/business in Thailand in order to be granted “multiple entries”

6 . Invitation letter from a company in Thailand

  • An  invitation letter from the Thai company signed by one of the members of the committee + its legislation (updated one, not longer than 6 months)
  • ***the letter must expressly mention the necessity of frequent trips  and specify the date of operation/business in Thailand in order to be granted “multiple entries”

7 . Business license of the inviting company in Thailand with the company’s stamp and authorized person’s signature

  • A copy of the certificate of the registration of business/company that mentions the name(s) of the company’s committee which include the person who signs the  letter in no. 6 . Otherwise, you have to submit the power of attorney from the committee for the person who signs

8 . Applicant is required to upload his/her passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip.

9 . Applicant must apply for e-Visa via specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency. Applicant is required to upload document that can verify his/her current residency.

  • Applicants may upload a Belgian/Luxemburgish ID card, a certificate of resident, and bills that expressly mention name-surname and address.

10 . Please upload your picture holding the photo and information page of the passport.

  • To identify if the applicant’s face is the same person as the passport holder

The Consul may ask for more documents if deemed necessary
