  • Internship ( Curricular internship) Single entry which permits a 3-month stay. If applicants expect to stay more than 3 months, they are required to extend their stay at the Immigration Bureau.

Required documents

1 . Biodata page of Passport or Travel Document 

  • passport that is still valid for at least 6 months 

2 . Photograph *taken within the last six months. If the photograph does not reflect your current appearance you may be refused to enter the Kingdom of Thailand

4 . Letter confirming the curricular internship from the visa applicant’s university/educational institute 

  • A letter from your school that certifies that you need to do this internship as a part of your curriculum
  • A copy of the contract between the student, the Thai company and the school

5 . Letter confirming the internship/participation in a programme from the company/international organization or organisation in Thailand

  • An  invitation letter from the company or organisation in Thailand signed by one of the members of the committee or the authorised person
  • A copy of the identity card of the person who signed that letter
  • A copy of the certificate of the registration of the committee, mentioning the name of the persons who sign unless you have to submit the power of attorney from the committee for the person who signs
  • A copy of the Thai company’s registration
  • A copy of the contract between the student, the Thai company and the school

6 . Applicant is required to upload his/her passport pages which contain all travel records for the past 12 months (1 year) since the last international trip. 

7 . Applicant must apply for e-Visa via specific Embassy/Consulate conforming with his/her consular jurisdiction and residency. Applicant is required to upload document that can verify his/her current residency. 

  • Applicants may upload a Belgian/Luxemburgish ID card, a certificate of resident, and bills that expressly mention name-surname and address.

8 . Please upload your picture holding the photo and information page of the passport. 

  • To identify if the applicant’s face is the same person as the passport holder

The Consul may ask for more documents if deemed necessary
