On 23 September 2021, H.E. Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Ambassador of Thailand and Head of Mission to the EU, held a video-conference with Mr. Jean-Eric Paquet, Director General of DG Research & Innovation, EU Commission.
On this occasion, they discussed the opportunities for enhancing cooperation between Thai and EU researchers in the areas of green technology, medicine and digitalization. They also stressed the importance of partnership in Science, Technology and Innovation to support the implementation of Sustainable Development Goals.
