On 19 January 2022, H.E. Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Ambassador of Thailand, had a virtual meeting with Professor Peter Lievens, Vice Rector of International Policy and Interculturality, KU Leuven. They discussed ways to enhance education and academic cooperation, such as strengthening joint degrees, joint research, and the exchange of knowledge, especially in the fields of science, technology and innovation, as well as the universities’ alumni network with the view to attract students/ researchers to study in each other’s country respectively and to promote Thailand-Belgium relations.
