On 2 February 2022, H.E Mr. Sek Wannamethee, Ambassador of Thailand and Head of Mission to the EU, had a meeting at the Embassy with H.E. Mr. Nong Sakal, newly appointed Ambassador of Cambodia to Belgium, Luxembourg, and the European Union on the occasion of the latter’s assumption of duty. The two Ambassadors discussed the close and neighborly relationship and strong partnership between Thailand and Cambodia as well as exchanged views on important regional issues, including how to strengthen ASEAN-EU strategic partnership under Cambodia’s chairmanship of ASEAN.
